No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in/consent data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers (such as Twilio) act solely as processors to deliver messages on our behalf and may not use this information for their own marketing. See full SMS terms in Section 4 below and our Terms of Service.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep our forms functioning correctly, remember basic preferences, and measure how visitors engage with the Services. We use first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may cause parts of the Services to stop working.
6. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below and do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under applicable law.

Our SMS delivery provider acts solely as a processor executing message delivery on our behalf.
Insurance carriers and contracting
If you move forward in the onboarding process, we may share contracting information (for example, your National Producer Number) with one or more insurance carriers and field marketing organizations for the limited purpose of carrier appointment and contracting. These third parties process your information under their own privacy policies.
Legal, safety, and business transfers
We may disclose information when required by law, in response to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect the safety or rights of any person, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets. We retain application records and recruiting communications even after an application is closed, unless a longer or shorter period is required by law or requested by you to the extent permitted by law.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.
