Phase One
Days 1–30
Candidate
The foundation gets built fast. The clock starts Day 1.
Week 1 you’re getting contracted with your carriers and moving through the bootcamp. No waiting around. The system is designed to get you ready, not comfortable.
While you’re training, you’re shadowing live calls. You hear how it’s done before you do it yourself. By Week 2 or 3, depending on where you’re starting from, you’re on the phone.
Leave Phase 1 with policies written. That’s the expectation.
Phase Two
Days 30–90
Provisional
Ramp to $10k+ in policies written per month.
You’ve written your first business. Now build the engine. The benchmark is clear: $10,000 or more in policies written per month by Day 90. Maintain your daily systems, attend every call, and keep building.
